1. Standard Water Access Clients are expected to provide access to a functional outdoor water source (e.g., hose spigot) at the service location. This access allows our team to perform cleaning services without the need for portable water equipment.
2. Portable Water Supply In cases where water access is unavailable or restricted, Healthy Play Heroes may utilize a portable water supply. This option must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional service fee.
3. Equipment Compatibility Our technicians carry standard hose connectors and adapters compatible with most outdoor spigots. If the water source requires specialized fittings or is located in a non-standard area, clients must notify us prior to the scheduled service.
4. Responsibility and Communication It is the client’s responsibility to ensure water access is available at the time of service. If access is not provided and no prior arrangements have been made, service may be rescheduled or subject to additional charges.
