Terms and Conditions

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Healthy Play Heroes (“Service Provider”) and the individual or organization requesting services (“Consumer”). By booking or receiving services from Healthy Play Heroes, the Consumer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services Healthy Play Heroes provides outdoor play equipment cleaning services using child-safe, allergen-free products. Services are performed on-site at the Consumer’s location and include surface cleaning, debris removal, and sanitation of high-touch areas.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Standard service rate: $250.00 for up to two (2) hours of cleaning.

  • Additional time or specialized services may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Water Access Policy To ensure efficient service delivery, the Consumer agrees to provide access to a functional outdoor water source (e.g., hose spigot) at the service location.

  • If water access is unavailable, the Service Provider may use a portable water supply for an additional fee.

  • The Consumer must notify the Service Provider of any water access limitations prior to the scheduled service.

4. Safety Policy Healthy Play Heroes uses non-toxic, residue-free cleaning products that are safe for children and staff.

  • The service area must be free of children during cleaning to ensure safety and prevent exposure to equipment or cleaning tools.

  • The Service Provider follows safe work practices and removes nests or organic debris using sanitary methods.

  • The Consumer must communicate any site-specific safety concerns prior to service.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

6. Refund Policy Refunds are not issued in full for unsatisfactory or incomplete service.

  • A maximum refund of $100.00 may be granted only if a formal complaint is submitted and documented with the founder/owner.

  • All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Liability Healthy Play Heroes is not liable for pre-existing damage to equipment or surfaces. The Consumer agrees to notify the Service Provider of any fragile or sensitive areas prior to service.
